Hello, I’m Shelley!

I’ve been making things with my hands for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent hours sewing and creating bears, completely absorbed in the joy of bringing something to life from scratch. It’s funny how life comes full circle, because all these years later, I’ve found myself back where my love for making truly began.

I am a professionally trained costumier and seamstress, with many years of experience working with fabrics, patterns, and detailed handcraft. My background has given me a deep understanding of construction, quality, and finish, and I take great pride in making things properly, thoughtfully, and with care.

At heart, I’m simply someone who loves to create. I find real happiness in the slow, mindful process of making, choosing fabrics, sewing each piece, and knowing that what I’m creating will be meaningful to someone else. Making bears feels natural to me. It’s where my creativity feels most at home.
