An in memory ashes bear is lovingly created from the clothing of someone special who is no longer with us, and also includes a discreet hidden zip at the back where a small wooden keepsake box can hold your loved one’s ashes safely and respectfully.

The wooden pot measures approximately 5 cm x 3.5 cm and is included at no cost with your In-Memory Ashes Bear. However, if you would prefer to place your own miniature urn or another keepsake inside, you can.

As each bear is bespoke, available space may vary slightly, but you can typically place something no larger than approximately 7 cm x 5 cm inside. If you would like to include a keepsake that is slightly larger, please let me know and I will do my best to allow enough space, although it cannot be much bigger than this.

A patchwork bear blends multiple garments throughout the design, carefully pieced together to create a balanced and meaningful keepsake. A dressed bear is shaped so it looks as though it is wearing a particular item of clothing, while still being entirely made from the garments you send. A combined patchwork and dressed bear brings together elements of both styles.

This is where you can let me know if you would like your bear to wear the hood from a hoodie, or if there is a specific garment you would like featured more prominently. If no requests are added, I will gently use my years of experience to design and place the fabrics in the way I feel works best.
